House rules

Keep it good for the next guy.

We're a private court in someone's backyard. A little courtesy buys a lot of court time. The whole list is short — read it once.

Quiet paddles after dark

It's the one rule that keeps the lights on. Use an approved quiet paddle once the sun's down — we'll point you to the list. The neighbors never have to think about us, and we never have to stop playing.

Hours & access

  • The court is open 6 AM – 10 PM. Your booking is your window — start and finish on time so the next crew can roll in.
  • Closed for Shabbos — Friday evening through Saturday night. The booking calendar blocks those hours automatically — nothing to remember, the court's just closed.
  • You'll get gate and lockbox instructions on your booking confirmation. They're for you, not the group chat.
  • Last reservation ends at close. Lights out, gate locked, cooler restocked.

Being a good neighbor

  • Quiet paddles are required after dark. We'll point you to the approved list — it's a real difference and it keeps us playing.
  • Keep music low and language reasonable when the sun's down. Sound carries in a backyard.
  • Park like a guest, not like you own the block.

Guests & members

  • Members may bring guests on guest passes. You're on the hook for your guest's behavior and any damage.
  • Everyone playing signs the waiver once. No waiver, no court — no exceptions.
  • Four players max on the court. It's pickleball, not a house party.

Bookings, cancellations & weather

  • Prices are set by time slot and your membership — peak evenings and weekends cost more than weekday daytime.
  • Cancel inside the cancellation window for a refund; after that the slot is yours to keep or pay for.
  • Rain check: if the court's unplayable for weather we'll make it right. Use common sense on a wet surface.

Care of the place

  • Court shoes only. No black soles, no cleats, no street grit.
  • Pack out what you bring in. The cooler restocks; the trash doesn't empty itself.
  • See something broken? Tell us. We'd rather fix it than find it.

Hours: open 6 AM – 10 PM. Questions about a rule? Ask before you book — we're reasonable.

Pull up a paddle.

Questions about membership, a private booking, or whether your jump serve is legal? We're around. The court's already waiting.
